If you find a lower price on the same turf products elsewhere within ten (10) days of your purchase from TurfOutlet.com, you will be eligible for our 110% price protection program. This is our way of showing you that we're 110% confident that we have the lowest prices on artificial turf.

Eligibility Requirements

• The item must be the identical product, including weight, pile height, backing, gauge, color and width.
  
• The price you wish for us to match must be verifiable on the Internet or through printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current. TurfOutlet.com will only match prices with other authorized vendors.
  
• The competitor's pricing must be on turf products that are regular in-stock items. Our 110% price protection program does not apply to close-out, used or discontinued merchandise.
  
• The competitor must have the identical item in-stock and available for immediate shipment at the time of the price match.
  
• The item must ship directly from the competitor. Our 110% price protection program does not apply to dealers that rely on drop-shipping or third party fulfillment.
  
• In some cases when you ask us to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges and sales tax will be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price.
  
• Lowest price policy does not apply to accessories and/or shipping fees.
  
• Price adjustments are limited to one price match per turf item within the ten (10) day period.
  
• Competitors coupons or promotions for first time or one time use, will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee.

Note: Please allow 7-10 business days following your price match request for your possible refund to be processed. Price matches will not be honored on "Going out of business", "Liquidation Sales" or companies in distress. TurfOutlet.com reserves the right to deny any price match on a turf item that does not meet the criteria of our 110% price protection program.
